I’m from a family that has UTI issues and these pills make my bladder happy. I only take one pill a day and felt the benefits almost immediately. I have also noticed when I stop taking them my bladder seems to get “upset”. No more blotting are discomfort since using and I will continue to keep using. As for size of pill, it is large but I use a big gulp of water to wash it down….. small price to pay for something that works.

Parents love it unfortunately it gives me hives. I've found that high dose berry supplements flare allergies I don't normally get eating fresh berries.
