Q: Is this hair pre looped

Yes hair is pre looped but, the ends look like they are twisted and burnt. I didn't like it, for me was a waste of money never used it.

Q: Can you wash this hair?

It is okay if you have a good method.

Q: Can stretch more straight with low heat?

I don't think heat would be a good idea because it's not human hair. But it stretches way longer than 8 inches. I'd say 12 inches.
