Our whole family (ages 19-55) loves the machine-it is helping us all reach our fitness goals & feeling better is the biggest plus-helping with pain in legs. The construction is very good on this one (this is our second machine-cost was a little more but construction and ease of use is much better)with programmed levels that get quicker(speed) and stronger it really makes you feel like you have been thru a good workout. -It is holding up nicely-it says designed for up to 400 lbs, but our group stops at 210. Its a great value for the price-we all highly recommend!!

I've had this vibration plate for 3 months now and I love it. It is very sturdy (I weigh 280lbs) I have a Sedentary job which contributes to me retaining water and having puffy ankles. Since I've been using this vibration plate. I can tell my blood circulation is better, NO MORE PUFFY ANKLES, I notice more natural energy and my skin is tighter on my legs so not as flabby. I definitely recommend this product as a great added support to your daily workout!!

I just got this vibrating plate. It is totally new to me. I have never used anything like this. You can set from low to high. I can only use it at the lowest setting and right now only for 5 minutes the minimum is 10 minutes. I am on the walk setting. set to number 1. It really giggles your body. I wish they had a lower setting like on a tread mill. I will have to get used to it. I have not noticed any weight loss yet. I got for the help with Lymph node liquid. I will see how it works.Well-made and easy to use.

I like this vibration plate. I have used it to help with circulation and arthritis pain in my hips(I work on a passenger train). I have noticed that it helps with my circulation and the stiffness in my joints. I like the remote and the different settings on it, however I wish I had gotten the one without the raise pressure point balls as they hurt after awhile. I now wear some type of shoes when standing on this. Still works great and is quiet. It shakes all parts of you but I wish I had gotten the flat plate instead. If this doesn't matter to you, it's still a good product. I'm currently 260 and was concerned about my weight being a problem but it is not. I haven't used any of the accessories yet as that wasn't the purpose of me buying this.

Works very well, easy to set up. Not too big can easily slide it under a bed to store out of sight. Helps my back pain. Also very affordable

I was skeptical about the vibration plate. I didn’t really know much about them when I ordered it. It was a good value for my money. I enjoy doing the exercises on it. It has been helping me with circulation in my legs and I’m feeling better. It has taken away some of the pain I was having and it has been helping me strengthen my body. I would definitely recommend buying a vibration plate.
