Poor quality
Very difficult to attach as the tape very thin and it sticks together making it difficult to apply. Would not buy again. It was also very big. Too big for my knee.

Caused blistering of skin
Quite easy to apply and did ease knee pain and stiffness.However after about 24 hours wear patches of skin around knees became sore and i needed to remove tape. Have been left with 3-4 sore blistered areas around knee. Will not try again.
