I was sent an item that was clearly used. It has oil all over the bristles, even more frustrating than that is that it does not even work. I have charged this item over night and does not turn on.Additionally this item does not qualify for returns so this seems to be a complete scam.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
