Mounting was simple. Dock fits perfectly in the holder. Very sturdy and looks great. I'm back to find another mount for the dock in our bedroom. Great buy.

Exactly what I was looking for
I was originally going to go with a competitor at a higher cost but I wanted to route the wires thru the wall and that would have required modifying the other mount. Not this one though! its got cable managment in mind with the proper notch already built into the design. Its sturdy and looks great! I will definately buy another if I set up a second gaming station!

Feels heavy duty
Not the thinnest gauge metal, fits switch stand well. Would gladly pay a couple dollars more for higher quality drywall anchors. Used my own much better anchors.

Didn't attach to a wall, but did what I wanted it to do
I bought this dock holder not to attach to a wall, but to hold my Switch dock on the edge of a shelf in an otherwise precarious way. I used thin double-sided tape to affix this to the edge of my display bookshelf so I could keep my dock in place (I use wired controllers and don't want it falling), while still being able to remove my Switch dock if I need to bring it somewhere, and to that end (in the one day I've had it) it looks and functions perfectly. Dock fits snug, you can barely see the mount, and unless something hits this decently hard, I can't see it moving on its own. Might attach it to a wall someday, but for now, it's perfect.
