The media could not be loaded. The product is good and the cd works and the keychain it so cool. I also got a free photo card as a gift from the seller. It’s from Thursdays child. Kinda wish it came with more stickers though😭. Either way, if you’re thinking about getting it, don’t hesitate.

Loved the album but the 1 thing I was most excited about (keychain) broke. The bubble fell out of his mouth and I couldn't find it. Super disappointed that I had it less than a month.
