The five star is for customer service when something was wrong and for ease of assembly. I built this by my self in a few hours. I am an 62 he old female. Unfortunately the instruction were soaked when the box got wet. I was still able to assemble it with common sense and the snap connections. The hardest part was installing the wire fencing over it. I will need to anchor it down with different anchors. Overall the size is good and assembly easy.

Works perfectly for my chickens. The coop fits inside with room for perches and everything else with room to run. Keeps them safe at night. Also super easy to put together. No tools needed except something to cut the chicken wire.

I waited a month for this. Not due to the shipper but due to FedEx. I was so excited and got it just in time to protect my chickens from the cold. We got it put up Saturday and finished on Sunday. There were not enough zip ties included for sure. We had wind gusts around 20mph on Monday. This is what the result was. The chicken coop I had inside was flipped over. The stakes that came with it was not sufficient. I was so excited and it was exactly what I needed but the quality did not hold up. My son was home when it toppled and did what he could to keep it from rolling away to the neighbors. That's why you see a basket ball hoop in the picture, which by the way, did NOT blow over even without sand or water. So very sad and so are my chickens. They ran for thier little lives (that part was cute) and now need a new home.

Pros - I got all the parts organized and frame put together in three hours, and I'm 70.The chicken wire is Ok, If this unit is your primary for your ladies, you might want to upgrade or add metal mesh around the sides.This enclosure is a secondary one for the chickens & duck during the day for protection from Hawks, and also a greenhouse.Cons - You MUST reinforce it. I use rebar J hooks, ( purchased from Amazon) all the way around it. And tied down with bricks (50LB) at each corner. It is flimsy as other have mentioned. I reinforce the unit with wire ( purchased from Amazon) at each joint of the sides and top, joining the whole unit together to make it strong. Also upgrade your zip ties & door latch!

Not a terrible quality, easy to assemble, with good directions. The tarp is extremely thin and cheap, so keep that in mind. The chicken wire is also super thin and it comes with zip ties to attach, which will work for now until we can do something with more quality. We added 2x4 supports and webbing to help support this with the incoming ice and snow. Several large limbs fell on it and it’s still holding strong.

This is our 2nd one. Using as a garden enclosure to protect from animals in the country.

Would be great if it had lasted more than a week. The anchors provided do not hold up to anything and was blown away in no time! Totally disappointed!
