I got this pack of Self Defence Sprays so that I could equip my Daughters with one each.The sprays are very compact indeed, with the choice of belt clip or keyring attachment. The keyring option is the most useful in all honesty.It is easy enough to activate using the button at the top. It is one of those things that you hope to never have to use so the effectiveness is difficult to gauge until you actually do use it. To be honest the presence of one of these being pointed at a threat may well be enough of a deterrent to ward off that threat.

Luckily I didn'thad to useit yet but this self-defense spray feels secure to have on hand, especially since it’s a UK legal alternative to traditional pepper spray. The twin pack is great value, and I love how portable it is with the keychain and belt clip. The UV marking feature adds an extra layer of safety, making it easier for authorities to identify attackers. It’s compact yet effective, giving me peace of mind while out and about. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable personal protection option!

I have a few self defence sprays for myself and my dogs. This Self Defence Spray ARMND Criminal Identifier Spray bottle is very light compared to the other defence sprays I have. It is only 15ml which isn't very much. I wonder how long it will last and if it is enough to be effective.I can't tell without testing and if I test it, because it is only 15ml, and so light, I worry just one test will finish the bottle.I also worry how to carry it and whether it will discharge itself accidentally during transit. Incidents happen in split seconds and this needs to be to hand immediately and not be a fumble through a handbag.I am unsure about this and it's efficacy because it is only 15ml and so light.

Colour dye and irritating pepper vapour.Easy to use and light to carry.Good as a defence or deterrent.Small with sharp red.Could be clipped on zipper to be seen.

Sold at £14.99 for twoI tested these out and was really not impressed.- The spray is quite weak, you'd have to be fairly close to use it. Definitely not the 10 feet advertised in my opinion.- The spray lasts only a couple of seconds so you better hit first time with it- There is no noticeable smell I could detect.- The dye washes off quickly and easily with soapy water.- I could not detect any residual UV marking after washing.- Seems expensive for a couple of small aerosol cansConsidering the bold claims made in the listing and that most people would never know how weak the product is until their moment of need I have to give it a low rating.On the plus side the mechanism for spraying is quite easy to use and has a safety feature that you have to rotate the red tab to the alternate position before use. If the other claims matched up to reality then this would be a good product but unfortunately, in my testing, they did not.

Two UK Legal personal protection sprays. Order arrived on time and well packed.Upon review, two small key chain sized cannisters. Very simple to activate. At the time of this review, £14.99 delivered on Amazon. Personally as a father, a great item for my daughter, she's more than capable of handling herself but anything that can provide an extra advantage from my perspective is worth the price. Plus it's always one of those items you wished you had, until you really needed it?

PACKAGING: Small grey plastic mailing bag.PRODUCT: Self defense spray x 2.FUNCTION: The product is small - about the size of one of those little breath freshener sprays you can get. The lower part is metal, and because it is a pressurized container, it is cold to the touch. The upper part is plastic. It has an integrated belt hook, but this is so close to the cannister, it is a little pointless. It also has quite a fragile keyring and clip attached to the top.The cannister reads - This is not a pepper spray and is completely UK legal.The device is activated by rotating the inner red nozzle (which needs a quarter turn) to reveal the spray hole. Then press to eject the spray.I obviously can't test this out, but it appears to be a fine red dust with a foul smelling odour that has a working range of 3 meters / 9.8 feet. Firstly, 3m/9.8ft is a long way for something like this to be effective, even if your aim was accurate. Plus, there is no ingredient list on the cannister or in the advert. So there is no way of knowing what it contains, either in the dye or in the odour. If I accidently got this on my clothes, how would I get it out? Would it work if it was raining? Or if there was a breeze? In addition, while the product is designed to be used with one hand (thumb used to direct the swivel top open and press the red plunger) it could also very easily discharge accidently in your bag if something heavy was placed on it, while the swivel top was open.At the time of this review (February 2025) the two spray cannisters were £10.99. I am not convinced a stinky red paint would be enough to deter or disorientate an attacker. Plus, there is not enough information provided for me to trust the effectiveness of this device. I really cannot recommend.
