A great addition to baking
This calcium lactate is a great addition to my baking. I put it in my yeast breads as a additional binder. I also find that it works well to create thicker smoothies and jams. I like that I can get calcium in another form besides a pill. This is odorless and tasteless and doesn't affect the overall taste of what I use it in. I like that a little goes a long way yet it is still giving me the nutrients that my body needs. I am very pleased with this

Calcium lactate powder
I've been adding a little to my coffee daily to increase my calcium intake. So far, I haven't noticed any side effects. The powder blends well in hot liquid and once I make my coffee how I like I can hardly tell there's any powder in the cup. I'm aware I can also add this to any of my baking needs but I don't bake that often, if I did, Ive give this a try in any cake or bread that I make since there's no discernible taste.

I bought this product for myself. I haven't taken it for a long time. Because this is not a therapeutic drug, the effect is not known yet. It tastes good and is easy to swallow. It should be a good product. `_`

Interesting stuff! Nice way to amp up the calcium
I'd love to use this for some of the food science experiments, but I don't have the right complementary ingredients (or time) yet. Meanwhile, I have tried adding this to yogurt, to a smoothie, and in pancakes. All good! In yogurt, it's still noticeable and gave the yogurt an unexpected texture. Not sure I'd recommend that. But in smoothies and pancakes, great! Not a huge difference in texture, but that's what I was hoping.
