Pit Boss Table Top Pellet Grill, Matte Black - PB150PPG

I called Pit Boss customer service due to a problem that I made. The young lady I spoke to was extremely nice very patient and quickly took actions to fix my problem. She asked a few simple questions. She told me that the part ((which I broke)) would be shipped to me in 8 to 10 days. The part actually arrived in only two days. I was very surprised and extremely happy. Well the portable grill is perfect for my needs, which is to roll with me in my RV. I have only cooked some chicken wings so far, but it worked perfectly, and was extremely easy to use and clean up afterwards. I am very happy with my purchase and extremely satisfied with Pit Boss customer service.

Super easy to use, we’ve smoked lots of different things from ribs to Mac and cheese to squash and it all has turned out great! It’s the perfect size for our family and easy to store. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Love this perfect for camping

I bought this grill on April 3rd. We received it and cooked several things on it. Last week I was grilling a brisket on 225 for a period of time, low and slow. Went out to check the meat and decided I would come back and check in 1/2 hour. When I came back out the grill and meat was completely burnt up. I have contacted Pit Boss and they are only willing to send me parts to fix this grill. This scares me as there was definitely a malfunction and now I have a brand new grill that looks like the picture below. Oh yeah, they want me to install the new parts, I am not an electrician and they will not replace the lid but will send me resources to touch the paint up. I bought this because reviews were excellent for customer service but I am not convinced. I had to submitt all these pictures via email last week and they never got back to me until today when I got on an online chat with them. I have now spent several hours getting them all the information they needed and still need to fix it myself.

I was not able to finish cooking the two times I tried to used it because the ignitor switch was kicking off. I called customer service and they told me to unconnect the white & purple wires. When we was get to to wires we noticed that the auger motor was loose also. I had just bought this and it wasn't to work on it...I have a pitt boss and love it that was why we wanted a table top one...maybe we will try again later.
