Where is the fuse reset button? The advert says 'push-button resetting fuse' but I can't see a reset button in the pictures

The iBlockCube has a small 3.6x10mm cartridge fuse (and a spare!) Located on the bottom face. It does NOT have a resettable fuse... But a replaceable fuse. The factory fitted fuse is 5A I believe. Spare fuses are available on Amazon at present. Please see video for more information.

Will this charge a macbook air in south east asia. also, are you able to charge 4 phones at the same time though the usb charge overnight?

Yes, it has 4 USB ports so as long as you have enough cables you can charge 4 phones at the same time. MacBook will charge as well.

hi when plugged in does it glow or light up my current adapter in the same style does which is very annoying

You have brought it to my attention. It has a tiny light to show that their is a lead attached and is working. It is not at all intrusive. I have had mine on in the dark ever since I bought it and I have never until now noticed it.
