Good offering for lions mane, decent value for 2 month supply and good dose
been using this lions mane for a little over a month now and it fits in well with my morning supps.. 1000 mg per dose is a sizeable amount and label says its extract not just plain powder so more potent too.. capsules are normal size and go down easy with a bit of water.. bottle is glass which i always prefer and the label is clean and easy to read.. no weird aftertaste and no nasty smell either which helps. take both capsules first thing on an empty stomach and so far no stomach issues or anything like that.. i mainly picked this up for helping me to focus. my brain does feel slightly less foggy lately and i seem to stay focused more.. hard to be sure if thats this or just better sleep but ill take it either way.. value wise its decent for what it is and i like that they kept the formula clean with no fillers.. definitely feels like a premium supplement and again decent value for 2 month supply or longer depending how many capsules doing a day

Nicely presented
Mushrooms seem to be all the rage of late. I've tried things like Lion's Mane, but not had these before so was interested to see how good they were, and there definitely were some plus points, but a few negatives too. Overall I think the positives win though. The supplement comes in the form of capsules, which are easy enough to swallow. The capsules are stored in a glass bottle which I always prefer to plastic, whose toxicity I am not always sure of.My reason for taking them was primarily energy and mental clarity. It has only been a short while so I can't say it has been like a limitless experience, but I do sense a slight improvement and hopefully this will be cumulative. But with these things it is always difficult to know whether any results can be attributed directly to the supplements being taken (and if so which ones) or whether it was just down to a good night sleep or the weather. On the negative side I would have liked more information on the ratios and the way things were cultivated. These things are important.Price wise they're not as cheap as some other options, but maybe this is down to quality. It is hard to know without more information on ratios, cultivation, lab-test results and potency verification.I will definitely keep taking them and hope to see results over the coming weeks.

Good quality and a great blend of vitamins
Amazing blend of nutrients from a reputable brand that I have bought supplements from before. This sea moss blend has been a good addition to my daily intake.I wanted to try these primarily for skin health as my skin suddenly looks rough and awful. So I feel like I need some good vitamins to give myself a boost.Since taking these, I really have noticed a subtle but positive improvement in energy levels, overall well-being, and skin health. The results aren't dramatic, but I can see the gradual enhancement, which means I'm confident in its benefits, especially with consistent use.I haven't experienced any side effects and the supplements are easy to take.

Good list of ingredients
The Lions mane supplement arrived in branded packaging. The brown glass bottle and gold top gave the supplement a high end feel to it. The capsules themselves are slightly larger than usual but are still easy to swallow with water. I did not notice any bitter taste or aftertaste. Lions mane is well known for increasing focus and mental clarity. As with all supplements they take time to work so it is a little early to comment on the efficacy of the product. The price point is on the high side but that seems justified by the quality of the ingreadients and the high end packaging

A subtle boost in focus
Each dose contains 1000mg of Lion’s Mane extract, taken as two capsules daily. With 120 capsules in the bottle, it lasts around two months. They're fairly easy to swallow, which is a relief when you've already had your fill of various morning vitamins. The label mentions they're rich in antioxidants and may help reduce oxidative stress, which sounds rather serious, really. They also suggest potential benefits for brain function and nerve support. I can't speak to the nerve side of things just yet, but mentally, I do feel a little more alert. The effects haven’t been drastic, but it does feel good to be making a small, positive step for my well-being, especially in a busy household filled with PTA commitments and half-finished DIY tasks. At under twenty quid, it seems a reasonable choice if you're looking to support concentration in a more natural way. I plan to keep using them, though I’m not anticipating any dramatic changes.

Good quality product
Dr. Sosnowski's BioActive Seamoss has quickly become a staple in my wellness routine. The capsules are easy to swallow and of medium size. The capsules are contained in celluslose shell and the product is well packaged in a glass bottle. I’ve noticed a boost in my energy and digestion since starting it. Plus, it's packed with minerals definitely feels like a clean, high-quality product.

good quality and value
This is a great value product and seems to be high quality. Great taste (if you happen to chew the capsules like me sometimes). I would rather it did not have any maltodextrin in it but it is not the end of the world. I think the product labelling could be clearer, as although it states what the composition is in terms of polysaccharides and beta glucans, it does not state what the extract ratio is, e.g. 10:1 or 30:1 etc. Also it does not state whether it is wild harvested or lab cultivated, the former being significantly less potent as it contains much less betulinic acid. I presume it is wild harvested and will update my review accordingly if I hear differently.
