These Therabody RecoveryAir Prime boots are amazing! As a runner, I’m always on the lookout for products that will help with recovery after a tough workout. I popped these boots on after my last few workouts and the sequential compression feels great – kind of like a mini squeezy massage. My legs subjectively felt fresher the next day for my workout (whether that’s a true effect or my imagination, I don’t know – but I’ll take it!).One thing I loved about this particular product was it was super simple to use right out of the box. When you open the box, the boots are in there and the cord part is already hooked up to them. The pump is separate in the box, and you just turn it on. Place your legs in the boots, insert the cords from the boots into the pump, and you’re ready to roll.The pump itself is a lot quieter than I expected – there’s a light humming noise, but we could keep it on while watching TV without being bothered. You can set the product to work in different timed cycles, 20/40/60 min, which was nice to just kind of set and forget while you were relaxing in it.The only issue I noticed is as a curvier female runner, I have thick thighs and smaller feet/ankles – so sometimes I felt slightly less compression on the foot part of the boot compared to the thigh part. But honestly, not enough of a difference that it really mattered to me.Overall, really love these and am glad I got a pair.

I bought these as an HSA purchase because I needed to spend the money before I lost it. My son and I both use this. I did buy it based on his size, not mine so I do have to adjust it, but it works great and definitely helps with my nerve pain in my legs when it is really bad. I love this thing and probably use it more than my son does, but it was the best impulse buy I have EVER bought!

I used these a few times over the course of two weeks. I was doing bodyweight training and running. These did absolutely nothing for my recovery. The Theragun or generic versions are well worth their money.

I'm training for a marathon and dealing with sore/fatigued legs. These compression boots are a great tool to freshen up my legs and help me stick to my training plan. Set up was easy -- I particularly liked the app that connects to the boots via Bluetooth. The only downside was that Amazon initially sent me a size large (not what I ordered), so I had to send them back and place a second order. The second time around I received the correct size (medium) and am very happy. Would definitely recommend to any endurance athletes out there.

I bought this for my Father (75). He is rather tall with an inseam at 34, I purchased the Regular (medium). He indicated it was pretty long, but said it was wonderful. He seems to be enjoying this unit. I happen to have a set of my own on the way as well and will make an update once I’ve tried them out. I’m a big supporter of Theragun. I have the regular theragun, the mini, the face… I’ve had great results and am looking forward to the benefits of this unit as well.

The fact that it leaves your hands free is a huge plus.Quiet Operation: It operates quietly, ensuring you can still enjoy your TV shows or conversations without any disturbance.Wire-Free Use: Being cordless during use makes setup a breeze. It's not cumbersome to get them out and slip them on.Easy Control: The controls located at the top near the thigh are incredibly convenient, negating the need to use your phone. However, the accompanying app is a nice touch for additional adjustments like pressure duration.Effectiveness: Excellent for warming up legs before squats or aiding in recovery post-exercise. They've made a noticeable difference in my routine.Cons:Lack of Built-In Timer: The only minor drawback is the absence of a session timer on the built-in screen, although this can be compensated for by using the phone app.Overall: I give these compressors a 4/5 stars. The price point is a bit steep, which might make one hesitate. However, the benefits they offer, from ease of use to their effectiveness in leg recovery and preparation for workouts, make them a valuable tool. They were a worthwhile purchase for me, especially as I used FSA funds, but I would carefully consider the investment if paying out of pocket.

I cannot describe how amazing these compression boots are from Theragun. If you workout or are an athlete, you have to buy them. My legs are able to fully recover about 10x faster than before I had them. They reduce the soreness in my muscles so well!! I can easily control the pressure I want to experience. The circulation I get is just unbelievable. The entire experience is just amazing. Strongly recommend this product.
