Disgusting! Just received in the mail and as soon as I took the lid off it was messy all around and the seal had already been took off looks like it was used and returned

Broken and open and tanning gel missing
So dissapointed. I opened it and it was broken and tanning gel was missing. It seems like someone used it and then sent it to me.
