Q: How well will this product hold up on a tile shower floor with daily use?

I have used this product many times before. It works best if the grout has been cleaned and it has never been sealed. It is a grout stain and sealer. If it has been sealed, you can still use it, however, it may have to have two coats and would be more apt to come off the grout . Ususally if it comes off, it is very simple and easy to touch it up and go again. Cleaning the grout really well will help this. I have seen some shower floors that stay damp or wet all of the time from improper drainage under the tile. This can cause the grout stain to come off, so it is important that the grout is completely dry when the product is used..

Q: I have white tile and I just purchased the "white" and it looks a little grey? Will this lighten up?

It should be white. Make sure that before you apply this product that the grout is clean of dust, dirt and grime. The gray may be due to the product mixing with some left over dirt or grime.

Q: How does this hold up over time? Once applied, how do you clean your tile floor? I usually steam my tile floors. Will that remove the grout refresh

I ended up applying mine right before I moved out of my rented town home....but after I applied it, and let it sit approximately 24+ hours, and then tried to use a scrub brush to clean the tiles, this was coming off in small amounts. So, not sure if I applied it incorrectly, or if it just does not hold up that well to scrubbing? But on a side note, it did make my shower look new again (think the old tiles showers with the porcelain tubs and grout everywhere from the 80's...this is the only thing that could make the grout look new again besides completely re-doing the entire shower).
