Great dumbell set that doubles as a long weight bar by screwing each of the dumbells into an end of the pole. The weight is fairly light with all plates on perfect for beginners & weight lifters alike. My set was dropped by the delivery person breaking the lock spin parts which I like come & off easily so I contacted the seller to let them know I got a reply in 10 minutes & replacements are on there way to me already. So for a good price your getting the dumbell set & the peace of mind there is a customer service team really willing to help. The set is sturdy & easy enough to adjust. The grips feel great & it's comfortable- like I said no missing parts just damaged due delivery driver.

I wanted to get into weight lifting as I haven't ever done it before and working out alongside it. After finding out weights aren't I was happy to purchase these after finding them at such a good price this was also good because I wasn't sure I was going to like them and didn't want to go overboard on a high-end set.After having them for 3 months I have enjoyed them and am happy I went with this pack, with this I have been able to start light and keep adding on more weight as I go. Each bar has 6 weights both bars being able to do 10kg with 4 of all 2.5kgs,1.25kg, and 1kg. The bars feel pretty durable and the grips on them work great. The space for my hand to grip is more than big enough for my hands and is easy to move around when picking them up.Would recommend it to anyone looking for a dumbbell pack, and can definitely recommend it to people like me trying to get into weight lifting.

The weights are just PVC filled with sand so they're very bulky and it makes some movements a little awkward but they get the job done, all in all a very sturdy piece of equipment and easy to set up well worth the money

it's quite scary doing triceps overhead or from the floor with the long ends, sticking out I hope I don't drop one or it will result in injury I should have got dumbbells that were fixed weight so I didn't have the long handles other than that they are well made and good for some exercises

During lockdown I started taking HIIT classes online, which included bodyweights and weighted exercises. I quickly found myself growing stronger and needed something adjustable, rather than buying more expensive set-weight dumbbells all the time, which would have cost a fortune. These are absolutely perfect. It's easy to add the weights to the thread and tighten them with the hard plastic fittings. The packaging was minimal - securely boxed - but thankfully there wasn't a whole load of polystyrene to wade through. These are extremely well built and the actual bars are surprisingly light on their own. I'm sure I'll have these for years to come.
