Works great especially on a train where only 2 outlets per passenger are available. Different slots for various devices to plug in.

I have a bad habit of leaving converters in various hotel rooms in Europe! This was a replacement and I'm almost glad I lost the old one! I LOVE having 2 USB-C inputs, as I routinely need to charge my iPhone and iPad at the same time and it's a nuisance to use two adapters/converters. I love the size and practicality: easy to pack as well. Nothing I don't like!

I bought this for a recent trip to Thailand & Vietnam, and it worked just as it should. It's also small and lightweight enough to offer options for packing it.I would advise anyone to pay attention to the outlets as some did not hold this tightly, consequently it would sag enough to stop working. I got away with simply finding something the right height to support the converter.

Good quality and all options for traveling to differents countries .

The description says that this is a stepdown converter, from 220v to 110 v, and there are two outlets. It turns out, though, that but only one of the two outlets does that. Nothing in the description said that. When I opened the package, though, I found that both outlets were capped - the caps are not shown in the pictures - with one of them saying "200v only" and the other saying "100v only." So - did that mean input or output? Nothing in the package explained.I posted a question and the manufacturer responded thus:"Our products have 2 AC sockets, as follows:AC 1(Max 2000w): No conversion voltage (for wide voltage equipment)；AC2(Max 1000w):220V-240V to 110V-120V Voltage ConverterYou can choose whether to buy our products according to your needs, thank you!"Nice. Indeed, if I'd had that information, I wouldn't have bought this model, but I didn't - so no, I didn't have that choice. I'm returning it, and I won't buy anything else from this manufacturer.
