Very happy, fast computer, very good deal!
This is the 2nd laptop I have ever owned, I'm only 70 yo, lol. I don't know that much about computers, and I never heard of Kiegerr before but I took my chance.. Well I tell you this computer is fast! My last two I had were way slower from the beginning and then got worse over time. I only use it to browse the internet some and will do my taxes with it. I do not do game on it. about 5 days so far and it is working great!

Portable laptop with Windows systems with various ports
This is a slim and portable windows laptop. I bought it for my travelling and office use. All surfaces are metal feelings. I like the port designs so I can expand my dongles including USB C, USB A, and a mini SD card reader. The laptop also has a normal size HDMI port so I can project the screen to a projector for presentations. The screen is a full HD LCD display. I also like the standard USB C charging port which is easier to share the standard charging with my phone USB C charger (65W, 19V support). I can watch videos and edit my presentation slides.

Tried two, both would not charge
First one would not charge, same with the second(replacement). I’m done, spend the $ and get something decent

Good and economical
I bought this on an Amazon deal an to be honest was not expecting too much. However this has exceeded what I thought, I need to replace a failing machine. And this will do what it’s needed to do. I thought I had an issue reached out to support and they responded next day which was ok as I found it was user error and resolved the issue.

works great!! it's not laggy or slow, and it's pretty lightweight. i needed a laptop upgrade and this did the perfect job. also came in quickly!! like a couple days after i bought it lol

Great laptop for a great price.
Great laptop. I was going to get the Mac book air but I’m glad I did not. This dose every thing I need and more for a lot less

Excellent computer, super fast and efficient.
This laptop was packaged really well so there is no physical damage on it. It also was shipped super fast showed up 2 weeks earlier then anticipated. My first thought was this is a high quality laptop that seems to be fast and has everything i need. I would recommend this to anyone needing a good quality laptop.

This Laptop Does Not Perform as Advertised
The problem is that this laptop does not install Windows 11 or OneDrive. At least it wouldn't for me. After trying everything, I just gave up and found out what I needed to do to return it. Unfortunately, Amazon will not let you return this item any other way than printing out a shipping label and waiting at home for UPS to pick it up, with me physically being there. Well, I can't afford to wait on UPS all day. I was denied the ability to simply print a shipping label and drop it off at a UPS Store, which would seem logical. This may be the only time I've ever had a problem with Amazon or its Customer Service. So, I wouldn't recommend this laptop to anyone, and I would be cautious about buying electronics from Amazon in the future.
