I love these black-eyed peas. They have a lovely nutty flavor and they get creamy even while they maintain their shape. I’m also very grateful they’re organic?

If you get these to sprout for your parrots, sprout them separately, They take forever, and the husks sluff off into slime, which covers other seeds. Rince well after you soak them, then rinse well after wards to wash off the slime and husks.

These were smaller than I expected and did not sprout, which was disappointing. Would not buy again.

I liked the taste!

No sand, dust, or other particles. The beans are fresh, all formed well and round. They cook wonderfully and are truly organic. We experience no physical issues with bloating and the like from unfavorable organic labeling. Great product.
