Rust-Oleum 400ml Chalky Finish Furniture Spray Paint - Hessian

I've never used spray paint. This was an experiment. I sprayed a grey metal photo frame, and it looks great, even with my cackhanded spraying technique the coating is even. Looks the colour I was expecting, is Matt. Frame looks like new. Very happy, and off to buy more spray paint for my mirror and bed frame - I'm hooked!PS is very stinky so definitely wait for a dry day and do it outdoors.

When i was asked by a florist to spray paint some flower stands to match a room i was very skeptical but honestly buying this was a twist of fate as it matched exactly! The spray was very easy to use and had a consistent spray with no clogging.

Won’t even cove dinning one chair just back rails and legs ( not including seat as upholstered) so works out v expensive

Amazing coverage, beautiful colour (got hessian) was skeptical because I’d bought the rust oleum white primer spray paint at the same time and that was utter rubbish, this though was awesome, covered a bright salmon child’s bookcase with 1 can. Would buy again. In fact so in love with the colour I’ll be using it for other projects around the home.

Great colour but stopped working after one use, nozzle is blocked somehow despite me being mid-use (so it’s not like it was left to dry) so it’s not only ruined the item I was spraying, it spluttered everywhere and now I’m covered, it’s ruined another item which was nearby with splutters which I can’t get out (tried white spirit and nail polish remover), I can’t get it off my hands and it’s ruined my watch strap. To add insult to injury, the can is almost full. Not only is it money down the drain on the almost-full can of paint I can’t use, but it’s ruined several other items I own. I can’t even describe how much I’m fuming about it, it would have been fine if it hadn’t seized up mid-spray and the colour’s perfect for what I wanted.

Paint is lighter than it appears in the photos but to be honest it matches perfect for what I wanted. The issue is the spray cap stopped working after using it for a minute. I’ve read that in other reviews and put it down as a possible fluke, it’s not. Clearly a flaw in the actual can. I had to use a different cap from another can otherwise I would of been screwed. The paint itself applied really well, it seemed like good quality and wasn’t streaky. However after simply placing a lamp on top of the cabinet I sprayed it’s all chipped already, so wouldn’t recommend for furniture or items that are going to be in constant use. It would probably work well for photo frames etc if you can actually get the can to spray

This is our new teen hobby.Effortless furniture painting. Extremely even matt and chalky finish. Love it!!! Can't wait to spray lots of other things now! I am converted. Also takes 10mins!!!!! :))))) Whats not to love!
