Bought once, did not buy again. Overall I'm giving this a 3 star review because it tastes okay (like spicy juice), seems to be a good quality of ingredients and the packaging is great and durable.I cannot speak to the effectiveness as I did not recheck my cholesterol levels while using the product. I didn't notice any other benefits.If you're going to pay the hefty price tag for this product regularly, I'd recommend also monitoring cholesterol before starting and checking while using to determine if it's effective for you, otherwise you're just buying the hype the company is selling.
