As someone with little experience with network switches - the process of replacing our outdated switches with the netgear ones was as simple as could be. Plug and play with the ability to setup additional security/complexities as needed. Definitely reccomend!

The unit was easy to configure, offered a wide range to MEANINGFUL features, and has a user friendly interface. The price was within my budget and the unit provided more that what I required in features. I have a small business and we are adding a VOIP system using Gigabit POE handsets. As all small businesses know, we all need essentially the same features and security of large enterprises, we just do not have a budget or IT staff to match. So it really is great when Netgear provides tools like this that go a far way.

Got several of these to build redundant Dante/AV control/sACN networks for live performance. Why drop the cash on Cisco SG-350s when the price point on these is so good. I do have an IT background, but with a little research anybody can learn to configure these and build a robust and reliable AV network. without the price tag of purpose built "AV" switches.

Look at all the features, gig Ethernet with PoE available on all ports. It’s the pro series and it’s a managed switch. You can go as detailed as you want but one of the best features, you just plug it in and go. Even if you’re not a network technician, doesn’t matter. You want DDoS protection? This switch has it! For the price, you simply can’t go wrong with this product. Worth every cent!
