Q: Can a Breg knee pad be used with this? Are the connections the same?

Q: Does anyone know what the power supply is ?

it is electrical and has a power cord plugged into the cooler's side. it is pretty quiet. For best cooling, I bought a case of bottled water, 8oz size, froze them, put them in the cooler, and then filled it with water. Lasted a lot longer than just ice. I got 6-8 hours of cooling with the water bottles.

Q: can this be used in yhe car cia a 12v car plug?

I know they make an adapter that would make this possible.

Q: Can you use Dry Ice with this to cool the water?

It is not designed for use with dry ice and instructions only talk about water ice. My opinion is that it would not work well and might even be dangerous, and would probably damage elements of the machine. Carbon Dioxide may build up in an enclosed area to a dangerous level.
