So originally I bought this because I read reviews that claimed that this took away BO. I use natural deodorant already and sometimes after sweating, I will get a slight smell. Well this does help a little with that, but the reason why I love it so much is for the digestive side. If I skip days taking this, I easily remember why it is so important. This helps so much with constipation. This is my actual life saver.
