What is the composite of the accessories: Flat beater & dough hook, wire whip - I wonder if it is going to flake off.

Not sure what it's made of. I would assume stainless steel, as they don't appear to be coated with anything, and I haven't experienced any flaking off of the material.

Can i use attachments with this model?

Absolutely! I have a meat grinder and am planning to get a lot more.

It is more than worth the price. Mine isn't very old, but my mom still has one that works perfect that she has had for many many years. That is the reason I bought mine.
