Works great, good quality.
Works great. Easy to install. Seems like good quality. I used it to move handlebar closer to me as my road bike is probably a little too big for me. I might add a stem riser so I don't have to lean forward as much. I'm 70 years old and not as flexible as I used to be!

Good part
The stem I had on my motorized bike before I got this one always came loose on me while I was riding. I ordered this one and has not come loose once and seems like a quality made handle bar stem. I’d like to also add I ride in all kinds of weather and rain and has no corrosion and the bolts that came with it have no rust whatsoever so ever on them.

Solid Product, Good Value, Performs Job Perfectly
Over the last year I have been restoring a 1995 Cannondale M500 that I bought new. The original setup had a really flat, low stem that was just brutal for me to ride today. My top priority in beginning the project was to make the bike more comfortable without being ridiculous. That was accomplished with the FOMTOR Bike Handlebar Stem Riser (25.4mm stem, 110mm length, 35 Degree angle).Initially I installed an L-TWOO Adjustable Handlebar Bike Stem (25.4mm stem, 110mm length, 0-120 Degree angle) that allowed me to determine what I really wanted, but it had some play in the hinge that made the bike feel unstable. Like the handlebar was going to come off in my hand racing down a long hill. The single piece FOMTOR was a much better solution. The stem installs easily, is easy to secure, and looks good. It feels really solid, with no flex or play. I would definitely buy it again.

Works great
I wanted to improve the fit of an old hybrid bike and this was perfect to shorten the reach but also provide some handlebar rise

Saves my neck
As I am getting older (73 and counting), it's getting harder to maintain that roadie posture and still be able to look forward. This has saved my neck, quite literally (in more than one sense). If your neck doesn't ache so much, you enjoy riding more, and so get on the bike more. Win-win.

Helpful, well-made, does the job
My 2008 Surly Cross-Check came with a cut steering tube. As I got older, I eventually got a stem riser which helped with comfort but added weight and looked ridiculous. I had been looking for a riser stem and this works great. I don't care for the laser etching but the rise is just slightly less than with the stem riser and makes my ride nearly as comfortable without looking ridiculous. I'm happy and recommend this stem.

Most important component for tuning your bike fit
Moving the handlebars is perhaps the cheapest change with the biggest impact for better bike fit. Imagine sticking your hands out there where they would most like to be, then moving the bars so they are right there! Now what change in the stem riser will make that happen, or get you as close as possible?Note to buyer: There are two common handlebar widths where the rise connects. Get the one that fits your handlebars (existing or new). Then there are a variety of lengths and angles on the stem riser. Usually you are going up because you can remove spacers to get it down, and you are getting older and less flexible, not younger and more acrobatic. Wider handlebars further in front give you more stability (and torque), narrower handlebars further back give you more responsiveness (and maybe twitchiness). But mainly you want your hands to be where they need to be to extend your rides and still effectively manage your bike. Your body geometry is probably not so easy to change, nor is your bike frame. So start with your real body, pick or embrace your real bike frame, then tweak things with handlebars and risers and seat posts in pursuit of your best fit. Risers are the cheapest.
