I take this before meals as recommended. It helps tremendously with heartburn. I didn't like the price too well. I used to get a much larger bottle for a good price, but otherwise I am happy with the product.

I took this product years ago and got away from it. Recently, I was having a lot of belching issues, sour stomach, etc. Apple cider vinegar would help and is good for you, but started taking this again and things cleared up. I don't find myself needing acv either.

My provider suggested these to help me with GERD and to help me get off GERD meds which I've been taking for decades. Usually I buy the smaller bottle and the tablets are sold white. This time I bought a larger bottle and the tablets are white with tan spots. They also have almost a wheat-like smell to them where the smaller bottle smelled sour. (From the HCL.) I don't know what to think! I see some people have had the same issues. This bottle was over $60 and I am not sure if they're safe to take. I have written the company. I've been buying these on Amazon for the quick delivery even though they cost more, but maybe I need to either buy them through my provider or direct through Metagenics so I will have some guarantee. I hate to waste $60+ but I don't want to take something that is defective in some way.

I was recommended this product by a friend, this is more expensive then antiacids but this product does exactly what I needed it to do, eliminate acid reflux. I do not leave home without it when I go to a restaurant or over to a friend/family's house for dinner
