Bajaj Majesty 15GMH (RF) 15-Litre 2000-Watt Storage Water Heater (White)

Overall had a good experience, from delivery to installation, only point is you have to register for installation from your end.The product was installed without any charges.The heating speed also feels good the water becomes significantly hot for bathing in 15-20 minutes.Also it goes well aesthetically if you are installing this in a low ceiling bathroom.Overall no complaints with the product it feels to be a good one, its been only 15 days, can comment much more after atleast an year of usage. One point to mention the heat retention is also good, not very great but I guess it would also depend on the temperature outside.The temperature control nob should not be set to max, it does increase the pressure on the rods and decreases performance in long term.I had a bit of research and the only a tad bit of hiccups were on the service side, for now it has been good for me. Finger crossed 🤞

Good working best product,, but safety valp missing

Extremely disappointed with Bajaj. It has been 17 days since we bought this item and we have called them 5 times but installation has not been done yet. One technician came empty handed and told us to arrange for everything including pipes, brackets etc. Nobody from bajaj will take responsibility for this. Worst choice. DO NOT ORDER FROM BAJAJ

The geyser is bought in amazon and raised a service request ticket with bajaj electricals to fix it. Bajaj electricals assigned ticket to nearby service provider and engineer brought required hose to mount and install geyser. All at free of cost on sharing purchase order to the engineer. Thanks to bajaj and amazon.

Good quality

Bajaj is trusted brand and it does not disappoint. Heats water efficiently and has temperature control knob.Check out as recently they have discontinued free installation. Technician who came to do the job did a lousy job. Had to give complaint 2-3 times before it was properly fitted.

Before buying have confirmed form Bajaj customer care as to whether installation is free or not. CC executive said installation is free. Bought this and after receipt of the product called Bajaj customer care for installation. They also said that installation is free. But the installation person said there will be installation charges as it is bought from Amazon (on-line). Called Bajaj CC and this time they said it is chargeable, and you can negotiate with the installation guy (as he demanded 1200 for installation). Also, connecting pipe was not provided by Bajaj with this geyser hence had to purchase it separately that costed me another 260. Donot buy this unless you are ready to pay extra for installation and connecting pipes.
