Yess it can be worn in a arm band. You have shop for what kind.

Q: does it have internal speaker

No. It only has internal speakers that work only with ear buds. However I have the DT 400w that haslots of additional features, but it is a little bigger and a little more expensive. It has internal and external speakers and features and has great quality sound for a little radio. I love both the DT 180 and DT 400WGood Luck

Q: There is a picture of the Sangean DT-180 [I] and a picture of the Sangean DT-180 [II] in this ad. Which one are you selling?

As a previous purchaser of Sangean DT-180 Amazon asked me to respond to question. The Pic shown and the model I purchased was the DT-18(II). The (I) model will have "FM STEREO" in white letters below the four buttons on the front; the (II) series is plain black. The difference between the (I) and (II) is the features....(II) has a clock, direct recall for station presets, adjustable tuning for distant stations. Earphones that are part of the pack are cheap so plan on buying another set, but the radio is working great.
