R-Com RCOM King Suro 20 Fully Automatic Digital Egg Incubator Warranty Plus Free Candler

Update 03/25/25 I've seen some poor reviews lately, I don't know, maybe the product has changed or been made more cheaply. HOWEVER: Going on 10 years now and this thing is running like a top. The temp and humidity are spot on and it bakes babies perfectly.We have used this at least 10 times now. Never a problem. Works perfectly.Update 02/04/2019 I bought this in September of 2015 and have used it quite a few times since then and it always functions perfectly. We are hatching Sulcata Tortoises right now and once again this incubator is flawless. Chickens are 21 days, these tortoises are hatching at day 106. I usually try not to buy junk made in China but this is a definite exception to the rule. 106 days running at 84F right on the money and 70 Percent Humidity constantly. If you are incubator shopping I cannot recommend this highly enough.

Set this up for 3 days. The unit always said 60+% humidity but the meter we bought said 20% because there was no water pumping into the system whatsoever. How does the unit have 60% humidity when we live in a dry climate and the APS wasn’t pumping any water into the unit? After 3 days of trying to mess with it I sent it back. The instructions are written so poorly also- you can tell it’s foreign. This thing was a nightmare. My nurture 360 are only off by 2-3% in humidity but to be off by 40% is insane. Don’t waste your money.

I have two of these now and neither one is accurate on the temperature or the humidity reading on the digital top . I have been testing with multiple hydrometers and thermometers and the humidity is way off because it reads a lot higher than it is in incubator and the temperature is warmer on one side than the other on both of these Rcom incubators. Wish I hadn't ordered this new one, but didn't realize how off they were until I decided to test them before putting shipped eggs in them . Would have sent the new one back but I had already unpacked it and put cradle together so costly mistake on my part .

I bought this incubator because I own two of the R-Com PX-03's for several years and they have worked great. I wanted to be able to hatch more chicken and duck eggs and thought I would buy another R-Com because I was really happy with my other two R-Com incubators. The incubator arrived on time and I put it together two nights ago and began a trial run without eggs last night. The incubator has two major components the egg turner and the incubator. The incubator sits on the egg turner and is slowly tilted from side to side to about a 90 degree angle. When it reaches the 90 degree angle sometimes the lid falls off - not so great for hatching eggs. I have attempted to reseat the incubator etc but it still occasionally falls off. I came home today after work to the sound of beeping because .. yep you guessed it the lid had fallen off. I have now placed Velcro on the lid to try to lock it in place. If this does not work I will be returning it - very disappointing in this R-Com product.

I ordered this incubator for an emergency hatch after my goose was killed. Ingrid, of A & I Incubators, went above and beyond to get the order to me quickly. The incubator was fairly easy to assemble but it took some tinkering to get the pumping system working properly (Note: make sure the silicone tube is FULLY inserted onto the nipple on the main controller). The temperature and humidity readings didn't match the readings from 2 different digital hygrometer/thermometers, but they were all different so I don't know which one was most accurate. Regardless, the machine worked flawlessly, and a month later I have 3 healthy goslings. I recommend this product.

Really easy to use!! Already hatched 2 clutches of eggs !!!

One word, PERFECT!!!

This incubator is an excellent value and it takes all the usual guesswork out of the incubation process. However, the automatic humidity control is not as user friendly as it could be and I have thus deducted one star.
