LED T8 21" replacement- brighter light, instant on, energy savings
These 21" T8 LED lamps are quite good. They are plug-and-play with existing fixtures and ballasts. They provide Instant-on, more light and a crisper higher quality light than fluorescent, all while saving you money and likely lasting much longer. Since these draw a lower wattage the ballasts run much cooler and thus last much longer than they would normally. After installing 1000's of LED plug-and-play retrofit tubes, I have never had a ballast die that was not already dead. These are sold as "white", 4000K. The color on these is an interesting warm color, while still providing a bright white look, though I would not call it "white", but more of a vibrant warm white. It is an interesting color combination that I have not come across before. It is for sure not a typical 4000. I see multiple hues mixed in ranging from 6000k down to 1500. I don't have my color meter here, but it would be interesting to see what it shows, but it would likely be a broad spectrum. Overall I like the color a lot. The only downside is if you have any other lights in the same area, you will want to change them out to match this one and it may be difficult to find in other sizes. Now the other shorter under cabinet LED that I replaced no longer looks as good as it use to.

Good replacement tubes
I installed lighting in a wide closet 15 years ago which used the fluorescent version (CFL) of these tubes (four across the top). Those CFL tubes had to be replaced every few years and are now being phased out, so they are hard to find and quite expensive...but even harder to dispose of now, since few recycling drop-offs (if any...) take CFL anymore. The prices of LED tubes have dropped dramatically, and cost about the same as the CFL tubes now. The brightness of these tubes is just as good as the CFL tubes. Color temp is muffled by the plastic covers of the troffers, so we don't see a color temp difference (it's a closet, not like we really care anyway). The critical component is my wife: she's happy with them, so I'm happy with them.

They're dimmable!
Replaced my aging fluorescent bulbs with these. I have them connected via a Kasa dimmable smart switch. So far, so good. I hope they last as long as the bulbs they're replacing! The picture shows them in the dimmed position. They get a lot brighter!

Nice bright white LED light that easily replaces fluorescents
White bright white LED light was important and the quality so far upon a few days of use is great. Very easy to install where I had same size fluorescent under cabinet lighting. Easy to find equivalent sizing if you look up fluorescent bulb number usually found marked on the bulb.

Really bright, plug and play swap with fluorescent tube lights
I bought these about a month ago and have had no issues so far.1. The length of these LED bulbs is exactly the same as a fluorescent bulb. Some other brands of LED retrofit bulbs have installation issues because the LED bulb is a couple mm longer.2. No buzzing sounds. No retrofit or modifications required. They are plug and play.3. Haven't burnt out yet. I'll update if they burn out fast. The last 6 pack of econotone tubes I purchased all failed within a couple months. Just a waste of money buying tubes that burn out so fast.4. They are VERY BRIGHT compared to 6500K daylight bulbs. I just wasn't prepared for how bright they would be.5. Half the bulb emits light, the other half is made of metal and emits no light. But that's not a problem, you can rotate it so the metal is facing the top of the cabinet.

4000K White looks more like…purple?
Happy with the bulbs, price and install ease until I turned them on. They all create a purple hue. Unfortunately put them in after the return window and cannot return or exchange.

Mount at wrong angle
Purchased these lights to replace my 'dining room' light in my Toyhauler Camper. I received the 5 lights in a cardboard tube, that was inside a box (with no packing). When I installed the replacement light tubes, they have a defect... a normal florescent tub has light come from all around it. LED lights only direct light in one direction. The problem is with these LED replacements, the pins are 45 degrees off. When you push in the replacement LED tubs, and then twist them 45 degrees, the light is now shining sideways, rather than down. They should have manufactured the pins 45 degrees off, from what they are. I believe the lights will work out ok for my situation, as my 'dining room' light is installed toward the back of my camper, so I installed the new LED replacements, so they are both 'aimed' forward, so the light is directed towards the front of my camper. The LEDS are plenty bright, just wish they pins would be 45 degrees different, and then these would be excellent !
