Godrej is good
This lock is a 2C type lock, which means it has key holes both inside and outside. It also has another latch from inside. A 2c type lock is very useful when you have a window beside your main door, which I do. This ensures that even if somebody puts hand from window, the lock cannot be opened. If this is not a requirement, you can as well go with a less expensive 1c type model.I already have a Europa lock on my door and got this in addition as I have had multiple issues with that lock, specifically a weak pin. I have heard reviews from Godrej has been better, so trying it. I'll update this space if I have issues after a while.Though the listing shows a free lock with this, I did not get it with the shipped package. I reached out to Amazon and they were kind enough to resolve the issue in a single call. I've been told to order it separately and get a refund of the cost.Overall a very good product. A little pricey, but reliable. I would recommend it.

all parts of lock were there just call the toll free for installation and get it done if outside city limits they'll charge you(350 for me) got it for 3.45k

Very good lock but giving 1star due to the seller
Very good lock but installation was not done free as seller Parsonam steels didn't sent free installation voucher (even after multiple followups on amazon with them) hence giving 1star for seller. Had to pay to Godrej Installer due to voucher was not there in packing. So do not go with Personam steel seller. Product is good
