Fine if the tablet goes straight down but if you have any issues swallowing like I sometimes do it can cause problems. If they could be film coated or something - anything to prevent this rapid disintegration - I'd give 5 stars.For clarification I don't just mean the powder starts coming away like with a paracetamol or something.
