Would these be hard to eat for someone with no teeth ? Wasnt sure if they was hard like a pill or more chewy ?

Easily eaten without teeth, suck on them to soften and/or dissolve. They are not like a hard candy...more chalky in texture and break apart easily.

Can they be left in a hot car

A lot of survival foods will suggest you keep the sealed packet within a certain range of temperatures (like pantry temperatures in your house). So if I were going to leave this in a car I would make sure the packet was not exposed to the sun directly. So keep it covered with a cloth or something. Prolonged heat exposure might alter the taste of the food. If it's just for a couple of days I wouldn't worry too much about it.
