Amazing product!
They work great. Each week there were less and less fly until they were all pretty much gone. We had a party on the july 4th and there were virtually no flies at the cookout. Amazing...

Catches flys
These are not the old look when they arrive, but still work great. I don’t know if you can see from the pictures, but they are full to the brim with dead flys.

Well, it definitely works
It smells REALLY bad even from 10-12 feet. Reusable??? Just no. I dumped out the first one and it caught more flies, even without refilling with additional scent (trust me, it lingers), but it was sooooo gross that I couldn't bring myself to do it again. The flies were slimy like little black beans from a can. The birds loved them though, so if you're a nature lover, go for it. I wrapped mine in two plastic bags and put in the garbage. Sorry, sanitation guys. This photo is about a week of being in the garden with new mulch that was infested with them.

Wow! They are definitely fly magnets!
This is a re-edit of my original review. So what I've found after a couple of weeks is my headline is true. These are definitely fly magnets. So if you want to attract tens of thousands of flies to the vicinity of your abode then these are great. I don't particularly like flies. I would prefer to not have them around. If you want them put them as far away from where you want to be as you can. I suggest your neighbor's yard, especially if you don't like that particular neighbor. You will have to empty the dead ones about every 4 days and then figure out what to do with the dead flies. I filled a huge bucket with my 4 traps/magnets. Fortunately I live in a rural area and I'm surrounded by vacant lots. So finding a place to dump the flies is not that hard. But I can see where this might be an issue for some. Remember it's not just dry dead flies. It's flies in water and that water smells like death to the tenth power. I decided to cut back to using only two traps at a time. When my bait is gone so will be these traps. I'm going back to my no-pest strips on my patio that tended to repel flies rather than invite them and their relatives. If you are worried about these being poisonous or toxic and can assure you they are not. When filling one of the containers the wind blew it off my table and a small amount of the powder spilled onto my patio. One of my pests, a not so bright deaf Boston Terrier spent 3-4 days licking that spot. Must be tasty to other types of pests. He's alive and well and I didn't notice any other ill effects but he does spend the majority of his day chasing shadows and lights that aren't there so I'm not sure I would have noticed "strange" behavior.Again, these do what they say on the container. THEY ARE MAGNETS. Maybe that's what you need and cleaning them out and rebaiting them with the expensive bait might not be a big deal to you. If not go to it. I can't rate them lower than 3 because they do exactly what they said they would. I just didn't know that ever fly in Mohave County in Arizona would be moving to my house.
