Quality product with great customer service and response to issues
I purchased this foam for a bean bag that I made for nephew's birthday. It's perfect! I love the shred and density. I had an issue with delivery but they were great with taking care of the issue on their end and as quickly as possible. The issue is with FedEx and that's still a battle.

Memory foam bean bag fill.
A pain to fill bean bag chair but not fault of foam. Foam is soft memory foam. Comfortable.As far as cleaning. I assume you need to remove foam fill and then wash cover.G-sons weren’t sure about the change from styrafoam to memory foam but appeared comfortable on them.I like that the memory foam does not give off a chemical smell like the beads did.That was the reason I changed fill also the beads seem to loose volume quickly.

Gettin stuffed
We used this for a Big Ben bean bag chair that died after a month, told my son to stop choking his chicken in it, but this stuff worked perfectly. Don’t open box till your ready to install, it starts swelling like a 14 year old boy in a cool breeze

Smells
It smells really bad. I have washed it twice and can't get rid of the smell.

Hard Rubber Coatings and Bad Smell
I honestly don't think I received 10 pounds of memory foam. I feel like it is 5 pounds. In fact, I don't even think it is memory foam. Quite a lot of the larger pieces have coatings on them like soft plastic or harder rubber which makes me think this is foam from Nerf footballs and things of that nature. It smells horrible too. I've never been around a memory foam product that smells so chemically. I ordered the 10 pound bag to fill a pet bed large enough for a great dane and it said it would fill 4x4x1 feet of area. The bag itself is not that big and when I released the vacuum seal it didn't even fill the bag. It absolutely does not fill that amount of space. It's more like half that. The vacuum sealed package is nice and reusable....Perhaps I got shipped the incorrect package? I will reach out and see if I can get some answers then I will update my review accordingly.
