Real sword! This thing is great for an addition to a costume!
Most swords for a costume are made of plastic or rubber. This thing is real metal! A genuine rapier or dagger! While its a bit small to be called a "sword" it does live up to expectations. Perfect for a ren-fair or cosplay. Fun to use for the value.

High quality but smaller than expected
I didn’t look at the size for this so that’s on me it’s a small sword. Between a long dagger and small short sword in size. However still really good quality and the details are great.

Pretty Sturdy, Nice, Not the Highest Quality but Cool
What can I say, it came as advertised. Looks exactly as the picture.Very slightly dinged up here and there. Judging by the appearance of the box it came in and the blade itself, it seems like it was used and reboxed. Not complaining top much, as it is not damaged or anything serious.Feels pretty sturdy overall, but it feels like it would definitely break if you swung it around too much. The hilt was heavier than I expected, since I have held the alternate version. The one with a slightly curved handguard and more golden style looking one.The scabbard is not the highest quality but not cheap or bad at all. Very nice and smooth. It does not wiggle much when sheathed and fits in snuggley. It comes out well and is not loose at all. I could hold it upside down and shake it slightly without it falling out.Overall? Pretty solid and something cool to collect and have. A neat gift to give a friend or who enjoys it or have one for yourself to feel kind of cool. Not something serious to use. Good value for your money in my amateur opinion. (It was about 23.70 for me I believe.)

blade is a little shaky but its a GREAT prop piece
Scabbard looks fantastic for the cost. The blade wobbles a tiny bit when drawn, but I'm not planning on using it for anything beyond costume use and my faire requires peace-tying anyway. I'd say if you're a smaller person such as me (I'm 5'4") this is a good small sword. If you're a full grown man though, it might feel more like a really large dagger.

Actual sword
I purchased this for a Halloween costume and thought it was a toy. It was a metal sword so we couldn’t use it but it’s super cool. My son kept it

It's small
It's more of a glorified letter opener than a sword. The"leather" strap is torn and coming apart. Really bummed me out cause it really took away from my costume having to funky rig it together. That said it's a cool looking sword. I did get a couple compliments on my dagger. It's light weight. Slides in and out of the scabbard easily. Fit with my costume. Just wish it hadn't been all messed up. I probably wouldn't buy it again IDK. I was going to get a replacement/refund but just to much trouble. Find a different one.

Real Metal, Used for Stage Sword Fighting
I wanted the actual "clang" sound when my actors were sword fighting, so I chose this metal short sword. Now, my actors were not trying to kill each other in earnest and were following a choreographed fight, so I don't know how it would hold up under cosplay or LARP circumstances. (These are not sharp.) However, they lasted through 3 months of rehearsals and several performances. And, it was for comedic effect so the person using this particular sword was fighting someone armed with a traditional broadsword, which was much thicker and heavier (obviously). We still have them but haven't needed to use them since that production.
