Q: Does the charging cradle come with a 110v cable to power the charging dock?

No. It plugs in via a usb to an adapter plug into a wall socket. Adapter not included. If you leave the conference phone plugged in all the time you can use it via the usb cord to charge the wireless microphones.

Q: Does this include the dd10 usb dongle?

No it does not. I had to order the Yealink DD10K DECT USB Dongle and pair it to the base

Q: What is it used for.. is it to used to connect to offices for something similar to intercom but via ip? is it ok for ceo office and secretary?

No, you pair these with your existing Yealink conference phone and they are wireless extension mics for large conference rooms. They are not used for intercoms.

Q: Is this compatible with microsoft teams?

The Yealink CPW90 is only compatible with the Yealink CP960 Conference Phone. You would not be able to plug it into a computer for Teams meetings.
