Urban Platter Dried Italian Porcini Mushrooms, 50g [All Natural, Sun-Dried, Funghi Porcini Secchi]

Wonderful. The taste is so authentic that it transports one to an Italian restaurant (in Italy), eating a "risotto con funghi porcini."

Review (in hindi at bottom) :There were dead maggots + ants + insects i found in many pieces of spice. PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS if you want to eat good.I bought "Porcini Mushroom" & "Stone Flower" & "Mixture of Porcini mushroom+Pink salt+Black pepper" from this (branded) Urban Platter.By God Grace i just gave a look to the spice under light to have some close observation of the spice i was using for 1st time. What i saw, You can see in the pictures I uploaded (Zoom it). (Picture1=Product, Picture2=Porcini, Picture3=Stone Flower). Learn from others' experience. If you still want to buy!! Couldn't understand how to put to use. Pretty stinky stuff. Still feels like good quality.

Too much soil

Toooo much dirt - our dish was totally disaster with the product 👎👎👎

Very gritty on eating even after rehydration, too much soil in the mushrooms, and few pieces have moldy stuff on it! Some pieces were too bitter to be edible. Zero consistency! I paid Rs.650 just because I thought Urban Platter was realiable, I was soooo wrong! Never buying mushrooms from Urban Platter again. Also, zero instructions on how to rehydrate/use

Few mushrooms were very very bitter. Avoid purchasing from Urban Platter.
