All my refurbished phones are great quality. Never buy new there’s no need really. I usually destroy them form misuse. Lol

been using this phone almost 2 years. No major issues found. Sometimes theres a little glitch but thats okay. Satisfied with the phone at this price.

This is a freaking joke. The camera was broken, the microphone doesn't work and the screen is unresponsive at times. Another way for a corporate to scam you of your money. Don't even bother buying a refurbished phone. They use cheap parts and charge an arm and a leg. Let's not forget the battery life. I purchased this 1/15/2025 and as of 2/21/2025, it's dropped 4% in maximum battery capacity

If you’re looking for a cheap phone option this is definitely a good choice. The exterior has minimal scratches or marks on it. My only two complaints are the battery and the screen. I think the screen was replaced at some point because it has a darker tint to it that affects the front camera, a little annoying but not a big deal. The battery came at 78% health and Amazon says it has an 80% battery health guarantee. I needed a new phone fast so I didn’t return it but they should change their description of the battery as I’ve seen other reviews say similar things.

I like the iPhone they have good security features and it was cheap.

I was a little skeptical about ordering an iPhone from Amazon as I’ve only purchased phones in person before, but this refurbished phone came to me as if it was brand new. I’ve had it for several weeks now and it hasn’t been anything but wonderful. I would recommend this seller.

The phone was working excellent at first , not even a year later the phone started overheating a lot. The phone doesn't turn on anymore.

I bought this to replace an iPhone 7 that was also an Amazon Renewed product, and have been thoroughly satisfied. It had tons of storage for several apps, videos, and imagery, along with audio and documents. It'll still be supported by Apple for several more years, and was a bargain when I got it a year ago. I immediately had it sent in to Apple to replace the battery for longevity, and I expect to get at least three more years out of the device before I upgrade to a 13, so it's a steal if you've got the self-discipline to buy refurbished iPhones a few generations back, and don't need or will even use most of the capability of the newest phones.
