Years if you keep it in a cupboard, don't refrigerate it, mustard is full of vinegar and the flavour will get better after opening. I use a clean jar and decant it as I need. I've had my Coleman's English for two years and it still blows your head off.

I've had mine 2 years and its as good now as when I bought it. Not a problem as long as its kept in the dark
