Jars arrive unsealed!
I love Aji Amarillo. The problem is that every time I order, at least some of the jars arrive unsealed. My most recent order was for 2 six-packs (12 jars total). I received it two days ago: In one box, 5 of the 6 jars arrived unsealed. In the other box, all 6 jars were sealed. So 42% of my order is wasted. This is a huge problem and happens every single time: sometimes it is only one jar, but others it is multiple. By the way, other suppliers have the same problem (Goya Foods). Very disappointing!

It's really good, but shop around to not get gouged on price
Delicious stuff. I wish someone had told me 10 or 20 years ago that you could mix a couple spoonfuls of aji amarillo paste into mayo (or a mix of mayo/sour cream or mayo/greek yogurt) and get an amazing sauce for chicken, potatoes, and plantains. Taking a point off for price.
