It's a fabulous design and so easy to replace. So so much better than shower envy. Sorry but it's true. Way better more sturdy and professional product.

Pro: Easy to install.Felt a difference in water. (Felt that it made my skin and hair softer)Con: Was on the expensive side for just 2 replacement.Package came in zip loc bag.Overall, I recommend this replacement because it felt easy and good on my skin. I felt like it did its job. I took off 1 star because I thought that it will have a better packaging because it’s not cheap. I was going to send this as a gift to a friend but after seeing that it’s in a zip loc bag, I used it for myself instead.

I have hard well water and this along with the filter works great. I didn’t even have to change it for 6 months.

The media could not be loaded.  This product has been damaged and there is no return or replacement policy so I just lost my money. What a waste !!!
