Buy some extra wire rolls and a pair of tie wire pliers if you’ve got a job coming up.
It is exactly what I expected after reading the reviews. The review is: for 125... it is a great tool. Two batteries. One roll of tie wire. And the tool. Charges it. Works great. The ties aren’t extremely tight, however, can speed the work very nicely, and you don’t need an expensive trade specific hand.

I just got it and got the wire to go with it. I have a few projects coming up and I can see this paying for it's self in no time.

garbage, don't waste your money.
Would have been great if the batteries and charger had ever worked. Couldn't get more than two minuets run time from either battery from day one.

Batteries suck
Its okay but my batteries suck or I don’t know if it’s the machine. I charge them and they still loose the juice quick I don’t know what the heck . I can’t raven get a hold of the manufacturer
