It doesn't work for diet/weight loss. But it does work as an internal cleanser. It does makes you cleanse twice or 3 times a day. There are other products in the USA that do the same thing if you only need an internal cleanse...I don't mind these korean pills I only did half of each. I'll use the other half later on if I need to get rid of bloating & other stuff 😉

I will try it again it did ok I lost about 8-10 lbs with the first supply but from the claims i expected much more

bottles printed in Korean (makes sense) but no information, no supplemental insert or anything in English. No real information on Amazon site. No responses to my questions posted, etc. Web search found a few things that helped... like dosage (kind of a critical thing). Taking for just over a week and nothing, no extra energy, not even the laxative effect some noted would happen. I will take for a month (as paid for, not returnable, and no apparent adverse effects) and see if anything changes, if so, I will report back. Highly doubtful

Wanted to try these since they're popular all over Korea. I see advertisements often. But it's just another glorified laxative.I lost 5 pounds in a month, but only from going to the bathroom. I stopped losing weight after 1 week.They didn't really curb my appetite. I can't tell if it was slightly filling or all in my head. The only active ingredient for both pills are Aloe Vera, Green tea extract (caffeine), and Garcinia Cambogia. If you want all of these you could find them as a supplements separately for a fraction of the price.Also these pills didn't list the allergy warning on here that the box does! These were made in the same factory as meat and nuts and may have cross contamination.
