Download for the code was instantaneous and setting up the account was fairly straightforward. Working off my laptop and as a new user, I can see there is a lot to learn but setting up runs etc. is fairly easy. Setting up on my C990 treadmill proved slightly more problematic but this was entirely my fault. As the access code was, as usual, all in caps, I had inadvertently left caps lock on when setting up my account and didn't allow for this when trying to access my account on my treadmill. Consequently, I spent a frustrating couple of hours cursing and trying to log on on the treadmill. When I realised my mistake, everything worked perfectly and I'm really happy with my purchase. A great way to access ifit at a bargain price. All I have to do now is work my way through all the options available.

It doesn't work. Very fiddly to try and setup. Now it won't recognise my password. Their support is rubbish, ifit won't respond to my emails asking for help. All I get is a generic email from them so I know my email address it right for my login. A complete waste of money. If I could get my money back I would. But it says no refund on amazon site. Disappointing.

I was highly dubious about this but drawn in by my unwillingness to pay the full rates for ifit especially as i did not get a free year with my Nordic Track Grand tour bike. Also the fact it says "no refunds" (which is why I docked it a star) is not good, although I understand that once the software unlock code is released it is out there! It still takes a leap of faith. So after much deliberation I went for it and the code came through instantly and just worked on the ifit website. I have access to everything I have come across on my ifit page without additional charge. For clarity you set everything up on your computer or laptop account-wise. Once you are logged in on the computer select the rides/classes you want by selecting join. Then if you have an ifit enabled device go to that and log into ifit using the same credentials and the bike will download what you selected. My Grand tour bike crashes the ifit app after each ride so I hope a firmware upgrade will sort that out soon. There is loads of content in there and I think that will take me ages to work through without needing to use the google maps facility to plan my own routes. Aside from the crashing everything works fine and as it is Android it does not take long to restart, I just wish I'd waited and bought the Studio 22 bike instead of the grand tour but Nordic Track gave me no indication that they would be available in the UK soon (but now they are). If you are after ifit membership then go for it no cheaper way to do it.

Price for 2 year subscription is amazing. Code comes within minutes, and is easily placed in your ifit account settings (billing / activation code). I had a free monthly trial, which was from purchasing a new ifit equipped exercise machine. Code was easily placed into "Enter Code" on ifit profile, and 2 year upgrade was instantly confirmed. (Value of £288 apparently)Only downside, i suppose, is that you have to put a valid address and working card details into your ifit account settings. This would be for the renewel in 2 years I presume.

Thought it was too good to be true however I took the chance, ordered it and within seconds I had a code sent to me. Added it to iFit and I was credited 2 years subscription (around £215) and it stated subscription expires in 2 years time. Worked perfectly. As I needed a family membership, once subscribed it gave me the option to upgrade to a family subscription that it put the £215 towards. Good way of saving money and more importantly it works.I don't write reviews but felt I needed to so like minded people take the plunge and get a discount like I've just got.

Works perfectly. I've a nordictrack about a year old and works fine. Anyone complaining that their 5+ year old equipment doesnt work anymore should take that up with the Manufacturer, technology moves on.The code absolutely works. Great price. Just login to your account and add the code, at the checkout screen it will show 0 as the cost (minus 280 euro or so discounting). You need to add your card for renewal purposes but you can immediately change the auto renewal in your membership settings after.

Got my code instantly.Logged onto ifit,entered my code and got "You have successfully redeemed your activation code".I clicked continue and it takes me back to the payment page.On my account page it still says upgrade membership and rides arent going to my bike.Complete waste of time.Avoid!!!!
