Slightly furry. Adequate for repairs.
As other reviewers state this thread is slightly furry which increases the amount of cleaning required on your sewing machine however it is very nice range of colors and good value for money.

These were fabulous - great value for money, really good spools with quality thread. i bought them for a family member but getting another set now for myself as i thought they were really good - just needed a blue to give a really decent colour range.

Missing Spool and not massively strong but cheap for the amount of thread.
There were only 9 spools of thread when it was advertised as 10. I wanted to try this instead of some of the more expensive threads to see how it held up. When sewing one item I had the thread break on me four times even with the tension dropped down so it's clearly a lot less durable that the more expensive thread, but for the price you do get a decent amount. As long as you are not making something which needs to be particularly rugged and you can put up with the frustration of re-threading the needle more regularly, it's difficult to argue with the price, even if you don't get all of the spools that you should.

Good for hand sewing!
Can't speak for machine sewing since haven't tried it but for hand sewing this is some pretty decent thread! Lots of colors and tons on each spool! Will last me a good while. Seems pretty strong but I do double it when I hand sew anyways...
