An excellent collection of 1970s FM Radio friendly rock - with two live performance Linda Rondstat tracks from the Movie. Remastered and put onto 2 CDs which try to look like mini Lps (on the label side). The variety of acts means that this is a proper primer into this style of music from this period.

このサウンドトラックが、CDで出ている事を知って、やっと、手に入れました。スティーリー・ダンの表題曲FMは、忘れえぬ１曲ですね。そして、この曲が良く流れていた７０年代の香りが包み込まれた名盤だと思います。特筆すべき曲は入っていませんが、あの頃を懐かしく思える方には、お勧めです。音もかなりいい感じにリマスターされています。

When I saw this listing on Amazon, and having just bought a new Audio-Technica AT-LP120XUSB Direct-Drive Turntable, I knew this was one album I'd want to enjoy listening to. Having bought the soundtrack years & years ago, which had since been lost to water damage in an old, flooded basement, I was more than happy to spend the money on a new copy, which the seller provided a rather pristine copy of. I was REALLY REALLY surprised what condition the album was in, I'd have to honestly say, if it was played even just once prior to shipping it, I'd be surprised.The music from the various artists makes for some fantastic listening & bringing back fond memories of the movie itself (which I finally scored a copy on dvd years ago) and while I realize "FM" is geared mostly to radio folks from the mid to late 70's, there really are some very famous actors & actresses in the flick, along with some great musical talent that make the film a classic timepiece.Glad I picked up this album, and happy to enjoy the "MusicRadio Memories" once again!

Very good quality CD. Hard to find this original movie soundtrack, or even a copy of the movie to be honest. But this one is very well done. The CD even looks like the original LP which is cool as well. Get it and take a trip back to memory lane when FM radio was just becoming popular and replacing AM as the broadcast standard.

If you like the 70s music, you will like this CD. Great music and recording.

I have waited years for this CD. I had the LP and loved it, so it's only natural that I'dorder this. Listening to a young Linda Ronstadt, Tom Petty, Foreigner, Doobie Brothers, Billy Joel, Steely Dan, James Taylor, etc. is like meeting up with old friends.It's definitely worth the money.

I remember a friend of my mom had this LP when it first came out. I always wanted a copy of this because it has a representation of all the rock artist that were hot in 1978.
