I use it as a beverage dispensor stand.
Works as an inexpensive stand for the Anchor Hocking Beverage Dispenser 2 gal. Heritage Hill Jar with Spigot. Fast shipping. Slightly wobbly, but it wasn't exactly made for this purpose! I like that the plastic plate is removable but is molded to stay securely on the metal.

Cheaply made and over priced
VERY overpriced for poor quality. Saucer is light weight plastic that doesn't really support a medium sized plant. Avoid this one.

Don't recommend for real plants
The plastic is very flimsy and thin. This does what it needs to do though since I purchased it for an artificial plant. I don't recommend this for a real plant though since you may end up with a floor full of dirt and water.
